We want you to love your MATE essentials, but if something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original sustainable packaging.

Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a reason to help us improve our sustainable practices.
Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original mailer, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
